Mullein a.k.a. Aaron’s rod, Graveyard Dust - Magickally associated with courage, protection, health, love, divination
and exorcism potency charms, spells and potions. Mullein can be hung in doorways to ward off evil spirits. The powdered, dry plant can be substituted for graveyard dust in spells.

 Medicinally, Orange Mullein is used as a tea for bronchitis
and as a cough remedy. It can also be used as an expectorant and for throat infections.

 

 

 

 

 

Did you know, the stems of Mullein were once used for lantern wicks. Leaves can be dried and smoked as a tobacco surrogate. It has a mellowing affect in some people.

 

 

 

Mullein Stress Reliever Spell: In a quiet, dimly lit room, smoulder Mullein on a charcoal disc or sprinkle in a candle’s flame. Let the smoke waft around you, watch it, smell it, taste it. The smoke is hypnotic. Repeat over and over;
